Bec grew up on family-owned cattle properties throughout the Wide Bay in Queensland and has had a passion for the agricultural sector from a young age. Gathering experience in the stud cattle sector during her teenage years before entering the corporate world to gain further business experience.

Bec has worked for the past 11 years in the Employment Services sector, providing her with a clear understanding of employers’ needs, and the recruitment process. Bec’s spare time is taken up working with her husband on the family commercial beef operation where they live and also run their small accommodation business.
